Reunion of sorts

Lack of inspiration and other perspirations (work related) have been the cause for not updating this blog. Post the last one, a friend has been kind enough to forgive and forget recent bickerings.
Since the past week, a new series of exercise have begun in the form of yogasanas following which the next morning has revealed pain in some form or the other to a few so far unfelt back muscles. A few items were interesting
- Light jumping for a person with no history of heart disease in a day will prevent any heart problems
- Diaphrammatic breathing is the way to breathe to ensure that 4 to 4.5 ltrs of lung capacity can be filled up. Normal breathing fills up only 0.5 ltrs per inhale.
- Simple asana's to control varicose veins etc.
People do not understand the value of what they have and seek newer things, especially in the context of yoga where the west has imbibed it and we are looking forward to calisthenics etc. Such a profound repository we own and it is our duty to use and propagate it.
Finally, after eighteen long years post 12th Std in school, a few of us met and it was a wonderful moment. Good to see young minds in older packages since time is progressing and the camaraderie was school like. We remembered the times we spent at school, our teachers, a few untraceable friends yet and the notoriety of the pranks that were played. We spent about 2.5 to 3 hrs together and agreed to meet again soon atleast at another friends marriage in my hometown next month. Hope to find a bigger set there.
