A sense of excitement prevailed late last evening in getting my camera pictures containing our meet over the weekend and sharing them with classmates ( friends far and dear ) . The number of pictures were limited, supposedly making it a limited edition :-) . A couple of friends joined into Facebook as well. Few calls made and some chat is what marked the day interspersed with tons of meeting minutes spent in the afternoon. Somewhere in between was a debate with a dear friend on bringing up kids with quality of life and related topics.
As I reached home tonight, a flurry of cars breezed past me and I was completely taken aback with the speed of some of these. At the helm of it all was Ani with all the controls experimenting with the manouverability of cars and the others were completely at his mercy. He has been inspired lately with the remote controlled cars and as parents we are outmanouvered by him. Kids are at the top of the family chain and will remain as such.
Happy Holi to all for tomorrow and since the school holiday was today, all of them from the apartment block came down to play colours in the morning. Our country is so decked up with colours in its vibrant population.
Finally winding up the day with a fine oil massage on the head and listening to songs that soothe. Looking forward to a nice day when the sun rises.
